The next superhero-themed table to pop out of the partnership between Zen Studios and Marvel is (drum roll) Ant-Man. It'll be available on mobile, consoles, and PC, on July 14th.

This isn't much of a surprise given that the Ant-Man movie hits theatres on July 17th. However, Ant-Man may be the most appropriate superhero to get a pinball table yet - hear me out.

Think about it: his super power is being small, ergo he could actually fit on a pinball table and be bashed around by the flippers. Hopefully this will be incorporated into the table's design, then.

Let's see...

We're told that the table will see Scott Lang (that's Ant-Man) fighting Yellowjacket in a multiball fight. You can also duke it out as shrunken Ant-Man, help Hope Van Dyne train Scott Lang, and partake in side stories with Ant-Man and his friends.

Sounds good enough. As said, you'll be able to find out on July 14th across Zen Pinball 2, Pinball FX2, and Marvel Pinball.
The Charger and the Miller
Updated on October 9th at 12:05: Dragon Quest II has also popped up on the Google Play Store, so if you're an Android-powered player you can pick it up too.
It costs the same price as its iOS counterpart - £2.99 / $4.99 - and you can grab it by following this here link [buy].

Original story follows...Dragon Quest II has just popped up on the New Zealand App Store, which means the classic RPG should be landing in the UK later tonight.

It follows in the footsteps of Dragon Quest VIII, Dragon Quest IV, and Dragon Quest I, and shows Square Enix is pretty serious about filling the App Store up with Dragon Quest games. Who knows what'll turn up next?

I mean, it'll almost certainly be Dragon Quest III, but that's not really the point.

Once again the game is in portrait mode, with a big ol' joystick whacked at the bottom of the screen that lets you control your party.

The game will set you back £2.99 / $4.99 when it arrives in the UK later tonight. It's not as cheap as Dragon Quest I, but for a massive old school JRPG, it's still pretty damn cheap.
Whose white weighs down the airy scale of praise;

Home & Garden: Design Makeover(MOD)
My Arcade, one of the biggest names in retro gaming devices, has got three new products up for pre-order today – the Dig Dug Pocket Player, the Bubble Bobble Pocket Player, and the Rolling Thunder Micro Player.

All three devices are officially licensed and of unusually high quality for this sort of thing. Looking at the pics, they've clearly been lovingly customised to fit the theme of their game, and the Pocket Players boast a 2.75” backlit screen, 3.5mm headphone jack, and front-facing speakers.

The Dig Dug Pocket Player features 8-bit versions of both Dig Dug and its sequel, Dug Dug II. They of course challenge you to work your way through underground, monster-filled tunnels. It also includes The Tower of Druaga, a bonus game where you navigate mazes to save a fair maiden from the evil demon who hunts her.

The Bubble Bobble Pocket Player includes 8-bit versions of both the original game and its nigh impossible-to-find sequel, Bubble Bobble Part 2. And now, for the first time ever, you’ll be able to enjoy Rainbow Islands: The Story of Bubble Bobble 2 which sees you travelling across a varied selection of lands to save the Rainbow Islands.

Last but certainly not least is the Rolling Thunder Micro Player, a 6.75” mini arcade cabinet with a 2.75” screen, full volume control, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Under the hood, it's pretty much the same device as the Contra Micro Player that we talked about a while back, though it's obviously rocking a Rolling Thunder theme instead.

If you like the look of any of these devices, you can pre-order them now over on the official My Arcade site. They’re all priced at $34.99, and they’re currently slated to ship on August 5th, so lovers of retro games/tech thankfully don’t have too long to wait.
Check out our news section to discover the latest, and greatest, games.

Stardew Valley’s long-awaited 1.5 update still has an unconfirmed release date for mobile and Switch platforms, but its developer Eric Barone (also known as ConcernedApe) has revealed some details about the upcoming update on their Twitter account.

The 1.5 update introduces a new farm type, Beach, which allows you to build the homestead of your dreams on a sandy paradise complete with palm trees and a river running across it.

Barone also shared a screenshot of the new creation menu that appears when you begin a new game, which now includes additional options to customise your experience in Pelican Town. Here, you can now adjust certain structures of the game such as being able to remix Community Center bundles and Mine Rewards, as well as having the choice of whether you want monsters to spawn on the farm or not.
If you're a seasoned player thinking of starting a new farm when 1.5 comes out, I'd like to highlight a couple of new features. There will be a new farm type, "Beach Farm", and a new "Advanced Game Options" menu, from which you can adjust some aspects of the game: pic.twitter.com/iMnw2uGLEO— ConcernedApe (@ConcernedApe) December 20, 2020There’s also an option for “Guarantee Year 1 Completable”, which means you’ll be able to gather all the items you need to complete the Community Center bundles without having to wait for the second year to obtain missing items.
for PC, yes very likely. For Console, early next year— ConcernedApe (@ConcernedApe) December 18, 2020A Twitter user asked if the update will drop this year, to which Barone replied “for PC, yes very likely. For Console, early next year” This doesn’t necessarily mean mobile versions will get the content at the same time as console, but it should still mean the update will possibly release for iOS and Android sometime in 2021.

For now though, you can catch up on Stardew Valley by downloading it from the iOS App Store or Google Play for Android. It’s a premium title which costs $3.99 on mobile. It’s also available as part of Google Play Pass.
Read our list about the best farming games available for Android phones and tablets!
